  “I live locally and figured I would give Sandy a call to see if she would be right to give my puppy his first grooming! I called and told her I was looking for my 4 month old Cockapoo to have his first grooming. She sounded disappointed at hearing this and states, oh, he must be matted. I said he is not matted! I bathe my puppy twice a week and brush him daily and am calling for him to be groomed, are you kidding me? Why would he have mats? Then she proceeded to tell me how long she was booked for and I simply said, I live locally, so I wanted to give you a shot, but I guess I will try someone else, thank you. Wow, no customer service from her end! How dare she assume my dog has mats, wow, rude rude rude! I would stay away from her! She sounds like she could mistreat animals and/or people for that MATter. Let's call her the Matter Hatter.”
